Hi, I'm Reza

I'm student at University of Riau, Indonesia. I'm new on Matlab, I'm trying make Analysis and Simulation of LTE Downlink, i was installed Matlab R2013a, on the script, it needed LTE System Toolbox, I was looked for it, but its not available, kindly need your help for my problem.

LTE System Toolbox was introduced in release R2014a; it is not available for
earlier releases.

Be using release R2014a or later and have it included in your license. The
latter part of that may involve your license administrator, if you need to
purchase it to add it to your license.

This page indicates that this toolbox is not available for use with MATLAB
Student or Student Suite.

If you are a student using your university's license, it may be available
but you should check with your license administrator (probably your school's
IT staff) for more information about that specific license.
