If so, just go to where the folder is held (say it's a folder on your desktop, then go to the desktop), right click and select properties. In the window that pops up should be a "security" tab, or something like this. Just make sure every user has the the authority to change the folder. To do this, click on your user name, then click "edit", and then enable the access you want in the panel below.
