If I have a state-space representation A,B,C,D, shouldn't I get
the same results for dbode(A,B,C,D,Ts,IU,W) as I do for
bode(A,B,C,D) if I choose Ts to be small enough? I use logspace to
create W over the same range as is plotted with the bode command.
I've tried this and I get *completely* different results.
Obviously I'm fairly new at using Matlab, and I would greatly
appreciate any comments or suggestions.

The A and B matrices won't be the same because dbode requires a discrete
system while bode assumes a continuous system. You should get the same
if you first use the function c2d to convert the continuous matrices to
discrete.
