Best colormap for colorblind reader

Hello,

I am making plots for a reader who is red/green colorblind. If you
have experience with this issue, can you please recommend a default
Matlab colormap to show a range of values (I prefer to avoid grayscale
because I find it hard to distinguish shades of gray). Also if I am
many plotting lines using all Matlab's default color choices ('b',
'm', 'c' etc), which colors should I exclude besides green if I am
including red?

I developed this palette for my own usage, being myself a red-green color blind:

colsColBlind = [255 0 0;
251 141 26;
255 255 0;
0 255 128;
0 255 255;
0 135 255;
0 0 255;
101 43 143;
255 0 255;
255 10 140];

They are all easy to discriminate. I also just today released a color GUI with a hue based color correction for deuteranomalous color blinds (the most common type):
