SIMULINK error: "is connected between two isolated networks"

I have a power network with some transformers. I connected
a voltage measurement between a transmision line and ground
but I get this error:
" voltage measurement is connected between two isolated
networks"
Wen I change one of the transformers from delta to yg, the
error cancels. What should I do?

I also came across this error while using transformers. It can be solved easily by adding a large resistance in parallel or by using the multimeter block instead of the VI measurement block.
