Since this is an example of product support request your first
try should be http://www.mathworks.com/support/

See what the search engine returns for "installer error".

Thanks,Markus. I find this solution but i don't understood how i can
solve this problem:

Subject:
Why do I receive "Error finding installer class" when I try to
install MATLAB 7.0.1 (R14SP2) or 7.0.4 (R14SP2) on my Windows
machine?

Problem Description:
When starting the installer for MATLAB on my Windows machine it first
copies its Java Virtual Machine to my system. After that the
installer launches and I see the splash screen. Then I get the
following error message:
Error finding installer class.
An exception occurred while looking for class.

Solution:
This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For
previous releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

There is a bug in the installer on Windows in the way that it behaves
with TEMP environment variables that point to a directory containing
non-English or special characters.

To work around this issue, make sure that your TEMP variable points
to a directory name containing only standard ASCII characters.
Sometimes a TEMP variable points to a directory inside of your
profiles folders, so you may also want to check if your user name
contains non-English characters.

What is the proper thing to do?Thank you!!!

Inspect the contents of your/system's TEMP variable for non-ASCII
characters.

If you are using Windows:

Right-click My Computer on desktop, choose Properties
Swtich to Advanced tab
Click Environment Variables

You will see the variables for user (you) and system (admin).
Edit them to your liking. You may need admin rights to do that.

Lets learn how to open MATLAB:

1. Mount your iso with daemon tools (this is a program you can download online) or powerISO

2. Click setup.exe and it will be installed in this location C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a.
you can read manual to get more help.

When you finished the installing, enter this location C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a

Probably you will try to click setup.exe, matlab image will occur and suddenly give this error : "Error finding installer Class. An exception occurred while looking for class."

This is because you have already installed MATLAB why do you try to install it again?

3. You should enter here C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a\bin\win32 and if you have not activated your MATLAB yet, click activate_matlab.exe and select your licence data.

4. Next go to C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a\bin. There will be a matlab.exe , click right mouse button on it and click "send", after click "create a destkop shortcut"

Now you can use your MATLAB program

I resolved this problem by moving the installation-file to a new folder called Temp (I created it under C:// )
And the installation went just fine =)
