my project related to ECG. My interest is in time-frequency analysis
of normal and abnormal ECG signals using FFT using MATLAB Tool.

FFT converts a signal to the frequency domain, so that no vestige of time dependence remains.
You should be looking at wavelet analysis (also available as a toolbox in Matlab) which retains some elements of time as well as frequency.
