Bayes Net Toolbox for Dynamic Bayesian Network

I am a final year student and for my FYP i am doing a project on species collapse. I have some time series species data that I am working with. It consists of several species with thirty six time points. I am trying to use Murphy's Bayes Net Toolbox to simulate this data after learning. To do this, I want to use the dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) ability of the toolbox. However, I have little experience with this package, and I am unsure about the proper use of it. I am very concerned with accuracy.

Hi mate

Does any one have experience in using the Bayes Net Toolbox for Dynamic Bayesian Network? I'm looking to use the Dynamic Bayesian Network for reasoning problem. Any suggestion?
