Hello,
I run MATLAB on Windows XP.
I can start Matlab 2009b without a problem; however, I can't start Simulink and eventually SimMechanics, etc. , and it gives me the error as:
MATLAB:dispatcher:loadLibrary Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2009b\bin\win32\libmwsimulink.dll'.
Caught MathWorks::System::FatalException

I tried everything
I disabled the virus scan software
I restared the machine, and tried to double-clic, lots of times, on the file Simulink.mdl in the folder
<MATLAB>\toolbox\simulink\blocks
I always get the same error
And the icon is in gray and not colors

I really need your help and it's urgent

Regards,
Hiba HAGE

Check and see if that file exists; if it does not, you may have a corrupted
installation and may need to reinstall MATLAB and Simulink, but check with
Technical Support first.

If that file does exist, work with Technical Support to determine why it is
not working correctly.

Hello,

I have the same problem but with "libmwmathcgeo.dll". When i try to use interp1 function the following message appears:
"MATLAB:dispatcher:loadLibrary Can't reload 'Y:\R2012A\bin\win64\libmwmathcgeo.dll'.
Caught MathWorks::System::FatalException"
I verified and the file "libmwmathcgeo.dll" exists in the folder Y:\R2012A\bin\win64\...

Thanks for your help.
