How can I give "X-axis lable name & Y-axis lable name" in Simulink scope?

with best regards,
Sandhi

For the x-axis, you can't (I think), as it's always time. For the y-axis,
right-click on the axis and select "Axes properties...". You can set it to
use the signal name or overwrite it with something else.

HTH,

Hallo Arnaud,

But that is for 'Title'. I want to know if I can write lable name exactly on the Y-axis.

with regards,
Sandhi

No, it is for labelling the axis, unless I misunderstood your question.

Hi Sandhi,
You cannot directly insert the x and y labels. You must save it in a workspace as a variable.
Do the following steps.
1)Run the simulation.
2)In the scope that opens, click 'Parameters'.
3)Click 'Data History' tab and select 'Save data to workspace'. You can use the default variable name 'ScopeData' or may use your own.
4)Apply and click ok.
5) Rerun the simulation.
6)Now you will have a variable 'ScopeData' in work space. In command window, type the following:
>> simplot(ScopeData)
>> ylabel('Error')
>> xlabel('Time(ms)')

Hope you got your answer.
