Variable Resistor with SimPowerSystems

I need to implement a variable resistor using the
SimPowersystems toolbox as I don't have access to SimScape.
There is a technical solution here

but it doesn't seem to help much. Any help or suggestions
would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hi James,

The technical solution you mention has been republished and now a Simulink
model is attached to illustrate how to implement a variable resistor in
SimPowerSystems. Check it out.
