Hello,
I get the following message while running my Simulink model:
"Derivative input 1 of 'output_control/trans_dynamics/v' at time 0.0 is Inf or NaN. Stopping simulation. There may be a singularity in the solution. If not, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances)"
How can I reduce the step size as instructed?
Thank you.

Chances are that you have an inf or nan and hence reducing the step size will make no difference.
But to do so you use the Solver options on the Simulation->Model Configuration Parameters menu.
