i think u should connect controlled voltage source

Depending on what you are trying to do, it may not be necessary though. You
might be able to do everything in Simscape or everything in SimPowerSystems,

I am also facing the same problem while connecting a simscape model (comparator) with sim power systems block for a boost rectifier model....i've used a current sensor in simpower systems for connecting the main ckt with a amplifier but i cant connect the output of the amplifier with the comparator in sim electronics...pls help me to get out of this...i'm using the matlab R2009b version.....
If you have used a current sensor in SimPowerSystems, then presumably you have injected that current in the Simscape/SimElectronics part of the model using a Controlled Current Source. To close the loop, you need to measure the voltage on the Simscape/SimElectronics side (using a Voltage Sensor), and inject it in the SimPowerSystems part of the model using a Controlled Voltage Source. You may want to insert a transfer function to break the algebraic loop that this creates.
