Hi all,
I am using pdeplot command to plot the results of pde solutions at
different times.
For the purpose of comparison, I need the maximum and the minimum
values at the databar to be the same, I used the following code:
v=[0 .1 .2 .4 .5] %to limit the value-range of the color bar
pdeplot(p,e,t,'levels',v,'xydata',u(:,1),'mesh','off',...
'contour','on','colormap','cool');
pdeplot(p,e,t,'levels',v,'xydata',u(:,end),'mesh','off',...
'contour','on','colormap','cool');

However, The two outcomes did not have the same range for the
colormap

I tried also to use zlim but did not work either.

This problem makes the comparison between two graphs quite difficult.

Is there any advice? I will appreciate it.
Thanks

Hi
I don't have pdeplot.
Try using caxis after both calls to pdeplot.

Cheers,
Ross
