I think the new webinras are changed to flash format, you can
download it like this:

1. Found the number of the webinras, such as the Matlab for C/C++
program is mlforc_060106, I think the letter is the short name of the
webinras, and the number is the date.

2. then use the fillowing link to download:

<http://www.mathworks.com/webex/recordings/mlforc_060106/mlforc_060106.swf>

You will have to replace the mlforc_060106 using the webinras number
you want it.

Thank you so very much, finally someone actually helped! it worked
just fine but, had to use Firefox to download it......

Actually found an easier way :),

load the flash webinar of choice and, when it starts playing drag
it's explorer icon onto a new explorer and, change the extension html
to swf, press enter.
that's all there is to it.

I think it's time to ask again why TMW does not distribute the
webinars on CD.
At least we faithful long-term users that spend money every year for
updates would appreciate such a PR initiative.
Again and again I get advertisement to order a Demo CD of some MATLAB
products. So producing a CD with (all) webinars cannot be a major
obstacle.

in my case the link is,

and you just have to change to,
http://www.mathworks.com/webex/recordings/intrompct_012309/intrompct_012309.swf

all the way use Inspect Element on Chrome. very usefull.. sorry for my bad english.
