But Its showing a Warning: File contains uninterpretable data.

I think this works.
Import the .csv file in matlab work space.Select the variables.Right click and save as .mat file.

I followed the instruction but the number of lines in .mat file is different (less) from .csv file.
Could you please suggest how to avoid this problem?
