We are pleased to announce beta release 2.3.1 of Scilab for Windows 95 and
Windows NT.

As usual, you will find the binary (file "scilab231.exe") in directory:

ftp://ftp.inria.fr/INRIA/Scilab/Windows

Please, read carefully the "README.txt" file because there is something
special to do for Windows NT version to work.
