Hi,
Does Scilab have a function that returns the residues for the partial
fraction expansion of a ratio of polynomials. I have found a function
called residu but doesn't work as I expected. Either I am not using it
correctly or its returning another kind of residue. Any suggestions are
greatly appreciated.
