Hello,

if I add new Blocks to my SciCos GUI or move blocks or link blocks, my
GUI is always hanging. This is very annoying. How can I improve this?
My collegues have the same problem but only if they have more than 10
blocks. I have the problem already by one block.

Kind regards
Maddin

Could you please specify the version of scicos and the platform on
which you run it. If you are not using Scicos 4.3 (available in
ScicosLab from www.scicoslab.org), upgrade your scicos first.

Sounds like you are using the "newest" scilab version 5.1? Scicos is
not working in any scilab 5.x version. Scilab 5.x is shipped with
Scicos 4.2. If you want to use scicos I recommend using scicoslab,
which you can download on scicoslab.org. scicoslab has the newest
scicos 4.3 included.

Please don´t ask why the newest scilab has just an old version of
scicos implemented that does not even work. Nobody knows. I personaly
hope that both softwares are merched some time in the future.
