Setting default zoom factor in notebooks

Hi,

I've this problem, I often work with zoom factor 125% in my
notebooks and i would like to make it default zoom.
How can I do it ?

I'm using Mathematica 7.0.1.0 in OSX 10.6.2 .

Format -> Option Inspector

search for Magnification, set as Global Preference
