I have no objection to anybody making money with Mathematica-based
materials, but I would certainly prefer knowing about costs up front.

Alternatively, it is a significant time-saver to have the option to
purchase and download the notebook files directly, rather than cutting
them from the book's PDF file using Acrobat and pasting them into
Mathematica.

Geometrica Package

by Bruno Autin that work for 2D and 3D -- if one like to spend
money ..
Anyway the book looks fine and it would be better for the
reader if he understand the text and make the Mathematica
programming by itself.
