Hi,
I'm wondering how to add labels to axes in bubblechart. This does not
work
BubbleChart[data,AxesLabel->{"x","y"}]

It is since you have the frame in the Bubblechart, rather than axes. Try this:
BubbleChart[data, FrameLabel->{"x","y"}]
