ContourStyle is the option you need:
ContourPlot[x,{x,0,1},{y,0,1},
ContourStyle -> {{Thickness[.02], RGBColor[1,0,0],
Dashing[{.02,.04}]},{Thickness[.01],Hue[.1]}}]
