has anyone idea how to isnert on the map road signs using basic entities typy (point multipoint etc) routines question

Hi all
Im wonder how to insert on the map road signs. It is sticki for me
becouse two or more, road signs can be mounted on one bar. And two or
more signs can have the same grids. If we use point typy on the map, any
software that will be display it on the map, will be display one symbole
for point on another. Do you know any routines how to manage with the
road signs???
