what is the arrival rate for EVERY 5 packets in this case

if my
1st packet arrives at 59000.1 sec
2nd packet arrives at 59000.11 sec
3rd packet 59000.12 sec
4rt packet 59000.123 sec
5th packet 59000.124 sec
6th packet 59000.125 sec
7th packet 59000.126 sec
8th packet 59000.127 sec
9th packet 59000.128 sec
10th packet 59000.2 sec

please clarify me...thanks to all...
