Thank you for the feedback.
There is always a risk, you may not avoid it, and you have to judge
for yourself if you may trust a product or a person. In this case you
do not know who has posted the program in the first place.
If you believe that exposing the source code would make the
application more secure then you are most likely wrong. If you think
that the officially unbreakable algorithms are indeed that strong then
you are most likely wrong.
If you have doubts about the application (but you are looking for a
really strong encryption) then please take some time and examine the
program more carefully.
For example compare the original images and the encrypted ones and try
to think about a way of breaking the encryption.
Most of all, think of identifying the encrypted image as opposed to
the original one.

How so? It seems that peer review would reveal any scurity problems.
