Hi.
I read in a book that it was possible to monitor users through a pty and
was wondering how this would be set up. I am not averse to writing a daemon
to sit in the background and log the keystrokes that go through the pty.
I would definitely want to keep this out of the realm of the user (no tricks
like "history > /tmp/.log").

Thanks for any help,

Be careful or you could find yourself in legal trouble re invasion of
privacy, etc.

Once, William Unruh seemed to say...

No. This is on a private system (home PC). It has several users off and
on, and there is no agreement or anything. It's kind of a test bed for
weird administration methods, so most of the users are even involved in the
testing. Any ideas anyone?
