I am trying to use the PGP tools to encrypt or encrypt and sign a small
message I wrote with notepad. It encrypts with no warning but when I try
to decrypt it I get a error message warning me that there was a error at
the end of the file. I am using PGP 6.5.8ckt - Build 09 Beta 3
