Any Mac app to encrypt/decrypt Windows SDA .exe files?

The stupid Mac version of PGP Desktop 9 cannot decrypt Windows-made
self-decrypting archives (SDA), and it cannot make them, either. That seems
particularly lame, given that StuffIt for Mac can unzip Windows-made
executable zip files.
