Mandrake MNF Firewall and Extension Blocking Not Working

I have Mandrake Multi-Network Firewall working but I cannot seem to block
the downloading of EXE files and other executables - the other content
filtering options seem to work but I cannot get the extension blocking
working at all.

Any ideas - can anybody else confirm if this is a problem with the default
install or is it something I have misconfigured? If you have a fix please
let me know what is?
