Looking to connect a second broadband connection for failover and add a second firewall, any suggestions?

A late reply, but we sell the SnapGear SME 570 Securty Appliance.

This has stateful-packet firewall, VPN & Failover.

A few other options:

Sonicwall Pro 3060 (with enhanced OS upgrade) or Pro 4060, as a
replacement for your firewall.

Or, you can put a dual-wan router between your internet connections
and the firewall, have one nat between the router and the firewall,
and then use the firewall as before. Some products:
