Hi,

I'm using Eagle 4.09r2 to build a schema of a motor driver but i can't seem
to find any DC motor symbols in the standard libraries included with the
freeware edition. Anyone has a link to DC en stepper motor symbol libraries
(.lbr files)?

Usually you would put the device in for the connector to the motor not the
motor itself as you don't mount that on the PCB... I suppose though for a
small pager motor that mounted on the PCB, you might do it... but I can't
see a stepper ;)

What exactly are you trying to do?

Hey Fred,

its not too hard to design you own parts for use in schematics. Get
the tutorial pdf document from the cadsoft homepage and look at the
section on library parts. Just remember to put the schematic
connectors on a 0.1" grid otherwise you wont be able to connect to
them

Do you send your designs to a PCB company to make your boards or do
you make them yourself?
