Are we playing "which does not belong?"
Ubuntu and CentOS (a RHEL re-branding) are Linux distributions.
FreeBSD is a different OS altogether.

The Linux kernel offers several implementations of TCP.

I don't know, but I've seen mentions of Compound TCP.
