Get this. For the protection of their customers Netsol no longer lists
the NIC handles in their whois database!

I suspected something like that. Please followup on your trouble ticket
that they need to update
http://www.netsol.com/en_US/faq/whois/whois-learnmore.jhtml
http://www.netsol.com/en_US/help/host-info.jhtml
https://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host

I'll do the same this afternoon and hopefully between the two of us
something good will come.

I sent an email to support with the original query and they answered with
netsol1's host handle. :)

I haven't gotten a reply to my follow-up question of how an enduser
can query their host handles so you're ahead of me in the queue.

We have six domain server. We planed to move them to another ISP half
month ago.

I have send netsol several emails. They give me the host handle of one
of our name server, and ask us to query by whois:

In order to locate a domain name or NIC handle,
please search our database using WHOIS.

Visit our Web site at www.netsol.com.
Select WHOIS Lookup from the upper navigation bar.
Enter your search string in the text box on the WHOIS
Lookup page that appears and click search!

but any one out side netsol will get host handle information from
there whois.

i send them another emails, and got no reply. The customer support of
netsol is so bad. It has greatly delay our plan. Why don't they give
us web interface to manage our account, such as modifying IP of our
name server, instead of the email auto processing?

We have another plan now:

choose another domain name registrar and transfer our domains to them.
any one can suggest some registrars?

I represent a small business www.FineE.com in competition for domain
registration with Verisign / Network Solutions at 1/4 of the price. $8.75 vs
$35. for a .com registration. And yes we provide an interface to manage your
domains. We are a reseller for GKG.net who has excellent customer service.

If you wish to check other comptititors of Verisign / Network Solutions
domain registration www.namescouts.com is a very good site.

They updated those FAQs and the Host Manager app now looks up
your host handle for you.

Thank you NSI.
