need helpon bind build sunos4.1.4

In trying to build bind 4.9.3 on sunos 4.1.4 I've run into the
following undefined symbols:

ld: Undefined symbol
__mbstowcs_xccs
__mbtowc_xccs
__wcstombs_xccs
__wctomb_xccs

I suspect that libc.a was modified as a part of the process of
making the machine into a firewall, but also could be a straight
error on my part.

It looks like someone rebuilt your /usr/lib/libc.so.1.x file and
forgot to the step where xccs.multibyte. is renamed to xccs.multibyte.o.
