WinSnmp API Problem

Hi All,

I'm trying to implement an SNMP agent using WinSnmp in Visual Studio
2005. Right now just working on the intialization. The problem is
that when SnmpListen is invoked it fails and SnmpGetLastError returns
SNMPAPI_TL_OTHER as an error code.

Any suggestions/help will be greatly appreciated!
