Is Error Indication from SGSN supported for v0 calls?

Hi there,
I want to know whether 3gpp spec supports sending error indication to GGSN in gtpv0. I could not find it anywhere.
I saw a document at http://www.qtc.jp/3GPP/Specs/29281-930.pdf , which says TEID is the mandatory IE for Error Indication message, but we do not have TEID for gtpV0 instead we have TID.
Can anybody please confirm?
