Looking for a table of ESC SEQ v.s. Windows Code Page Identifier

Hi All,

Does someone have a table of the ESC SEQUENCES or ISO 2022 numbers of
the character sets v.s. the coresponding Windows Code Page Identifier?

Hi Peter,

Been through that.
DICOM embraces ISO 2022 but unfortunately Microsoft don't.
There's no one-2-one match between the ISO and their code pages.
I managed to map most but Japanese gives me hard time. There's too
many ISO's and too few code pages.
If someone can resolve Japanese for me that would be a great leap
forward.

Here's a list of the ISO values / Code Page / Character Set Name used
by the ClearCanvas DICOM library. Hopefully this will help you out.
