Nanteros's carbone-nanotube hopes to replace SSDs and DRAM.
The new memory from nanotube called NRAM (nonvolatile RAM) is
based on carbone nanotubes. The memory is hundreds of times
faster than flash storage used in mobile devices and SSDs,
claimed Graig Shmergel, CEO of the company:
