Hello.....

I have gotten into operations management by computing, and i have
implemented CPM (Critical Path Method), this is the base method
that is interesting, you can also use PERT, PERT has based its method
on the following Central Limit theorem:

http://mathworld.wolfram.com/CentralLimitTheorem.html

Because it is a continuous distribution between the
optimistic cost and the pessimistic cost that we use
on PERT, and since we are in continuous this permits
to apply the central limit theorem and to use the normal distribution,
and this is the key point of PERT method.

But i have taken a look at the PERT method , but i don't
think i will implement it, because you can also give
a most likely cost that is more most likely and use the CPM(Critical
Path Method), and this way is also efficient, this is why i will not
implement PERT and i will stay with my CPM library that is also efficient.

When you find the critical path with my CPM library, read how to
optimize more here:

https://tensix.com/2015/10/to-shorten-the-critical-path/

My CPM (Critical Path Method) for Delphi and FreePascal was updated to
version: 1.02

I have included the Network power plant construction example of the
Schaum's ouTlines Operations Management book inside the zip file, it's
called power_plant.txt.. also i have extended the readme
file to better explain how to use this Library.

I have not implemented PERT , because CPM is also the base method that
is also efficient.

You can download the new version 1.02 from:

Thank you,
