My ThreadpoolX was updated..

I have updated my ThreadpoolX that scales very well with a small update
(but it is still at the same version 3.1), now the fifth parameter of
the constructor is by default at 10, it is the width of the counting
networks that permit my threadpool engine to scale very well, this
parameter must be 1 to 31, it is now at 10 , this is the power, so it is
equal to 2 power 10 , that means 2^10=1024.
