online-tool: encode your email address with unicode to reduce harvesting

Here's a little online utility to encode email addresses, links or any text
using unicode to something that's understandable by browsers but 'more'
difficult
to harvest by robots - thereby protecting your privacy.

It's not impossible for the harvesters to parse out the emails, but the
encoding
is sufficient to confuse unsophisticated scripts which cannot parse unicode
encoding. The encoding utility randomly alters the base of the encoding
(dec/hex),
padding length and keeps retains some characters in their original form.
