Utilities to send SCSI commands from MSDOS

Bart's SCSITOOL does the job, however there must be other MS/PCDOS utilities out there?

Specifically I'm trying to CHANGE DEFINITION (&40 command) on a Seagate drive.

The good old book "SCSI Bus and IDE Interface" from Friedhelm Schmidt
contained a disk with a SCSI monitor tool that can be used to send
arbitrary data to SCSI devices.
