Can someone comment on this configuration. I may be expecting too
much.
I have a several computers that I am running ubuntu 10.04.
Adaptec 2120S Raid card
A Sun 6-pack and 12-pack
Fuitsu MAW3073NC 10K 73G
1 meter scsi cable.
Can't get better than 20Mb/s.
Expecting 100Mb/s
I saw somewhere that the multipacks where limited to under 290Mb/s.

40MByte/s should be possible with a wide/SE bus. Some older Sun

enclosures like the "StoreEdge Multipack" supports only SE mode:

Do your enclosures really support LVD mode?
