I recently upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit, because I have 8 GB of memory, and I'm having problems with my Adaptec 29160 SCSI card. Although the driver for 64 bit vista allows windows to recognize the card, whenever I try to plug anything into the card the computer freezes shortly after I log on to my computer. I am connecting SCSI devices when the computer is off. So, I would like to know if there are any other SCSI PCI cards that work with Windows 7 64 bit?

yes, you can get other scsi card running with windows 7 as long as you use
the 64-bit version. Check the list of supported scsi card for Windows Server
2008 R2. You can use these drivers for Windows 7
