Imacon Flextight Precision

I am thinking of getting a high quality film scanner. I have the option to
buy a used Imacon Flextight Precision. I want to know what the difference is
between that model and the later Imacon Flextight Precision II apart from
being a 5200dpi scanner.

Also is it possible to upgrade the Imacon Flextight Precision to the spec of
the Imacon Flextight Precision II.

This PhotoForum site also offers a nifty 'mailto:' -form for direct
subscription, and more important: with the same ease for
unsubscribing....the fastest way to unsubscribe a dozen of lists
shortly before going on holiday....any other method is tedious at best.
Store that URL, and you'll never be searching for either command or
list-address related to any list....it's all on one page.

One is only for rollfilm (maximum about 6x9 cm size).
Precision II is for maximum 4x5 imch sheets.
