Thought I'd be a clever bunny and buy the kids computer a new cheap printer
BJ 1000SP. Problem is I can't get it to work. Printer seems to work, but
there seems to be a problem with LPT1. Computer and printer cannot
communicate through LPT1. I have checked cabling, reinstalled drivers for
printer and LPT1 a number of times. Any other suggestions

Chris

Hi,

Is LPT1 enabled in the BIOS and in Windows?
Is anything conflicting with LPT1 in Windows?
