HP Deskjet 5550 Duplexer

Hi,

Anyone here is using the HP Deskjet 5550 with the optional duplexer
(HP's part #C8955A#A2L)? It this a good idea?

I'm thinking in buying one of these for my wife愀 printer, but it
seams that the duplexer is beige/light gray(?) and the HP 5550 is
gray/black....
Is the duplexer fitted inside the 5550?

I used the duplexer from my 970. I love duplexing for paper saving and
compactness of the output. Never caused a jamb, either.

It goes on the back of the unit. You can see the cover that is replaced by
the duplexer as it has a circular locking knob on it.

All the ones I have seen are dark grey.

FYI- Just found out that the storage holder for the photo cartridge
ships with each new HP 58.
