It's very hard without looking at the printer. The problem is that even if you
took the covers off the cavity that the cartridge is in is very hard to access.
You may have to be a "little" forceful unlessyou want to go to the expense of
paying for service. For what it's worth, if you get it out and the drum door is
broken you can still use the cartridge, the drum door is designed to protect
the drum when the cartridge is not in the printer, it performs no useful
function when installed in the printer.
