probleem with colour en canon BJC-6200

hello,
I can't print with my Canon BJC-6200 when I use the special photo colours.
but when I use normal colours I can print.
can you solve this problem?

what is a BC-32e printhead?
if you mean the text that is on the colour, than it is BCI-3EPEK.

colours

This may be a little basic, but:

To print with the photo cartridges, both the BC31e and the BC32e should be
installed, with the appropriate ink tanks installed in each one.

In the printer driver (in Windows, at least), it will ask you to select the
combination you have installed (Black/Color, or Photo/Color), when you go to
print

What application are you printing from? What are you trying to print
(photo, drawing, etc)? What exactly is not printed - the whole thing, or
some colors?

i didn't know you had to replace the BC-30 by the BC-32e.
